This exclusive session begins with Victoria from VJ Yoga. Leading a gentle, grounding yoga flow suitable for all levels, designed to release tension and bring you back into your body.
You’ll then be guided into stillness, and pure relaxation with Jodie from Sanctuary Sound Therapy. Using soothing sound frequencies from instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes that will wash over you—helping to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation.
To land and ground you upon finishing, enjoy warm and complimentary refreshments, before completing the ritual.

Our Services are Bookable Through Fresha
Please check the online booking system Fresha to ensure treatments are available to book. Bookings can only be made via Fresha, either online or the app. There is also a link on Instagram, and Facebook for Fresha. You will need to make a profile and add a payment method to be kept on file. This secures your booking. I will not be able to take bookings in any other format. You will be asked to fill out a consultation form, which covers the full range of treatments we currently offer. Please ensure you fill this out correctly, as you will only be asked to do this once ahead of your first treatment, and you will be covered if you have a different service in the future.
There are additional seasonal services available to book online which are not advertised on the treatment menu. Packages discounts and multiple treatment services are listed if available too.
As new treatments launch, they will be published on the members site first, so make sure you sign up to be kept up to date with The Monthly Ritual.
*Patch tests must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours before the date of your booking. Eye treatments ie tinting, lash lifts and individual extensions all require a patch test.
All treatments will be followed with relevant aftercare. These can also be found on our page. Please also ensure you read our Policies, before the time of your visit to the salon.
